To support our work representing the world’s visionaries, who entertain, inspire and inform, PODS is providing specific AI tools you can use in your daily work. Responsible use of these technologies is essential to protect our company, our clients, and their creative visions. To move forward, please read and agree to PODS AI pillars below.
I will protect all Company and client information.
This means I will:
- Use only approved AI tools, and only use those tools on PODS-approved devices.
- Input minimal data into AI tools.
- Not upload confidential or sensitive data into AI tools.
I will observe, monitor and promptly report issues.
This means I will:
- Tell IT of any suspected security incidents.
- Tell Legal if I believe an AI tool has been used in violation of these representations.
- Tell HR if I believe AI has been used in an unsafe or discriminatory way.
I will demonstrate appropriate use of AI tools.
This means that I will:
- Use AI tools only for legitimate business purposes.
- Apply sound judgment when selecting what AI tools to use for what purposes.
- Verify outputs for accuracy and bias, and stay informed as tools and policies evolve.
I will use AI tools securely and disclose when I’ve used AI tools.
This means I will:
- Protect my login credentials.
- Not attempt to bypass AI system controls or restrictions.
- Not attempt to bypass controls built into the AI system, including asking questions in a different way to perform blocked actions.
- Not get AI to do things it should not otherwise do, like ignoring warnings, safety measures, or restrictions.
- Not connect unapproved AI tools to PODS systems.
- Complete all AI trainings as offered or required.
- Clearly identify that AI assisted with final work product.
- Review and approve all outputs prior to use, including for mistakes, bias, or suitability.
